A 40-year-old woman was allegedly
raped by three men in Harmada area of the city, police said here today.
Kamlesh Sharma, Omprakash and Shravan Kumar had promised the woman for getting her jailed husband released on bail.
They had called the victim for a talk in the area on last Saturday, where they allegedly raped her, police said.
They had threatened her of dire consequences if she would confide the assault to anybody.
A case was registered against the accused after the victim lodged a complaint today, police added.
