Additional district and sessions judge-III Arun Kumar Singh found Chandan, Radheshayam, Vinod Kumar and Vishwanath Choudhary guilty of kidnapping and killing Rishap Raj, the four year-old son of Dilip Choudhary at Bochaha in Muzaffarpur district in 2006.
Singh setnenced Chandan, Radheshyam and Vinod Kumar to death and Vishwanath Choudhary to life imprisonment. He also slappped a fine of Rs one lakh on Choudhary.
The child was kidnapped and killed under a conspiracy over property dispute on August 8, 2006 at Bochaha in Muzaffarpur district.
