A court in Bihar's Banka district today convicted three persons to life imprisonment and imposed Rs 10,000 fine on each after finding them guilty in a murder case 11 years ago.
The Additional District and Sessions Judge(1) J.K. Sinha passed the order convicting Chhedi Yadav, Ravan Yadav and Puran Yadav to life imprisonment and imposed Rs 10,000 fine on each after finding them guilty in the murder case of Khadu Rai.
According to prosecution, the convicted persons had hacked Rai to death in Singhjor village under Banka police station area on October 28, 2002 and dumped the body near his house.
