The arrested have been identified as Kalicharan (25) and his sisters Sundari (24) and Sunita (23).
All of them were declared proclaimed offenders in the case. Their father Suba Singh was also declared proclaimed offender but he died.
"They were arrested from near Kishanganj area yesterday. They were foung moving in a suspicious manner," Devesh Srivastava, Additional Commissioner of Police (Central), said.
Kalicharan works as a watchman in Kishanganj. Sundari and Sunita, both labourers, are staying in Haryana's Hisar with their husbands.
