Three class X students died when their motorcycle was hit by an oil tanker at Uppal here, police said today.
The incident occurred late last night when Omkar, Bhagvanth Reddy and Hari Krishna (aged around 15 years), were on their way to a shop to buy cake for Omkar's birthday celebration, police said.
The oil tanker hit their bike near Uppal Bus stand, resulting in the death of the three boys, police said, adding, further investigations were on.
