Acting on a tip-off, police raided the village and arrested the three, Superintendent of Police Pankaj Kumar Sinha said.
A sophisticated pistol of US make, eight magazines, two dozen ammunition and some sharp objects were seized from their possession.
The arrests were made on the information provided by another Maoist Suhag Paswan, who was recently arrested from Gujarat, the SP said.
