Already battling Saturday's high intensity earthquake and aftershocks, major parts of Bihar were today hit by thundersquall hampering relief work.
Strong wind was experienced in Patna and other parts of Bihar this afternoon which was followed by rain.
Due to inclement weather Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's programme to Raxual has been rescheduled and now he would go to the area, along Indo-Nepal border, by road instead of helicopter, Chief Minister's Office said.
