Thunderstorms accompanied by lighting and gusty winds of up to 40 kmph are very likely to occur at isolated places in eastern Uttar Pradesh, the meteorological (MeT) department here said on Sunday.
The minimum temperature in state capital Lucknow on Sunday settled at 16.6 degrees Celsius, almost 5.5 degrees Celsius above the normal, it said.
The maximum in Lucknow was 27.6 degrees Celsius, the MeT said, adding that the weather is most likely to remain dry over western Uttar Pradesh.
