"A Special International Tibet Support Groups Meeting will be organised in Dharamsala from November 16-18," said Tashi, Secretary for Information, of the Tibetan government-in-exile.
It will be convened by the Core Group for Tibetan Cause- India and facilitated by the Department of Information and International Relations of the Central Tibetan Administration, he said.
