Actress Tiffany Thornton has posted a long emotional tribute to husband Chris Carney, who died in a tragic car accident.
The single-vehicle crash occurred on Friday morning on Highway 70, which has seen 12 deaths since November 2014, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, just before 2 am, reported Aceshowbiz.
Carney was 35. Thornton, former Disney star, has two sons with the late singer.
"There are so many things I want you to know about Chris but most importantly you must know how earnestly he pursued the Lord, especially in the past year," she began her lengthy post.
"No one is perfect in this world and we all have our battles but it's the way we get back on our feet and turn it around that really counts. And he did it. He was THE BEST father my children could ever have, an incredibly loving and sensitive husband, a wonderful brother and amazing son," she continued.
Thornton's former "Sonny with a Chance" co-star Demi Lovato who served as one of the bridesmaids in the couple's wedding also paid tribute to the late musician and so did her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama and "Sharknado" actress Cassie Scerbo.
