Tiger carcass recovered in Kaziranga National Park

Carcass of a Royal Bengal Tiger was recovered today in Kaziranga National Park.

Patrolling forest guards came across the carcass in Lohorini camp near Burapahar Range of the Park, Park DFO S K Seal Sarmah said.

The tiger was suspected to have been killed due to infighting, the DFO added.

Three tigers have died during the last six months due to infighting.
