Quiet conditions prevailed at the wholesale gur (jaggery) market in the national capital as prices in range-bound movements on some support, settled at previous levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also displayed a steady trend.
Marketmen said absence of demand due to off season, largely kept prices unmoved.
Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,600-3,700, pedi Rs 3,800-4000, dhayya Rs 4,000-4,100 and shakkar Rs 4,100-4,200.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 3,000-3,050, chakku Rs 3,300-3,400, khurpa Rs 2,925-2,950 and Ladoo Rs 3,000-3,050.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 3,300-3,400 and dhayya Rs 3,150-3,175.
