Police said that they have filed a 630-page charge sheet against the four accused Palande, Dhananjay Shinde, Manoj Gajkosh and model Simran Sood.

Joint Commissioner of Police Himanshu Roy confirmed the development.

Interestingly, Palande himself has not hired any lawyer so far.

Police have included statements of 115 witnesses, including three eyewitnesses in the charge sheet.

Sources said that Palande had made Tikku's son write a suicide-note, after drugging him in an attempt to eliminate him and this is also a part of the charge sheet.

According to the police theory, Palande had become friends with Anuj, son of Arun Kumar Tikku, a couple of years ago. He had plans to take over the three flats- clubbed into one. The flats are in Anuj's name.

However, he saw the plan failing when Arun flew down to Mumbai from Delhi and threw out Dananjay and Manoj, who Palande had kept in the flat after making Anuj sign a two-year leave and licence agreement with a German woman.

On the fateful day, while Palande took Anuj to Goa in his Mercedes Benz, Manoj and Dhananjaya brutally murdered Arun.

Further according to the police, Palande, during the interrogation in the Tikku murder case, confessed that he had killed Karan Kakkad and dumped his body in Mumbai's outskirts.

Police later recovered the decomposed body parts of Kakkad from the forests at Kumbharli Ghat in Chiplun in Ratnagiri district. Money and some personal reasons led Palande to kill Kakkad, police said.
