Tin the brass prices slipped at the non-ferrous metal market here today on selling by stockists amid subdued demand from alloy industries.
While, copper and zinc prices rose further on buying by stockists following sustained demand from industrial users.
On global front, the industrial metal copper slipped in early trade on lingering worries over China's economy ahead of fresh factory data later in the week.
Tin dropped by Rs 15 per kg to Rs 1,110 from last Friday's closing level of Rs 1,125.
Brass utensils scrap and brass sheet cutting moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 298 and Rs 306 as against Rs 300 and Rs 308, respectively.
However, copper sheet cutting jumped by Rs 6 per kg to Rs 396 from Rs 390.
Copper scrap heavy rose by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 405 from Rs 400.
Copper armiture gained by Rs 4 per kg to Rs 400 as against Rs 396 previously.
Copper utensils scrap moved up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 375 compared to Rs 373 previously.
Copper cable scrap and copper wire bar edged-up by a Re per kg each to Rs 409 and Rs 437.
