Buddhist spiritual leader the Dalai Lama who arrived today on a two-day visit to Andhra Pradesh capital region Amaravati to attend the inaugural session of National Women's Parliament tomorrow is said to be indisposed though an official clarified he was just "very tired".
After the Dalai Lama started off for Amaravati from the airport, he dropped the plan midway and confined to his hotel room in Vijayawada, an official of the protocol department said.
"He is just very tired because of his age. There is no other problem," the official said.
