Tata Steel Managing Director (India and South East Asia), T V Narendran today implored the Human Resource (HR) managers to ensure that the credibility and trust among the employers, employees and other stakeholders are maintained while facing the fast changing trend.
Addressing at the HR Conclave 2014 themed "leveraging Human Capital", organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Jamshedpur here, Narendran said if the trust erodes with time, the HR managers has a role to maintain it.
HR people are not popular in organization but they have an important role to play in the prevailing scenario and tap the potential of the employees, he said.
We must appreciate the faster rate of change, which unfolded many options, he said adding that the potential of the employees needed to tapped as we are living in 24x7 era with huge pressure on time.
