Trinamool Congress, a strident critic of demonetisation, today brought to Parliament House Complex a banner carrying details of 90 people who have died allegedly in the wake of this decision.
"This list carries details of the persons who died due to demonetisation such as his or her name and where they died. Till yesterday, 90 persons have died. This is an authentic list," its Rajya Sabha member Derek O'Brien claimed.
He said his party had been preparing the list since the decision was announced.
