Speaker V Dhanapal announced that the House was being adjourned sine die after it adopted a resolution moved in this regard by Leader of the House and Finance Minister O Panneerselvam.
Earlier, 23 Bills concerning various departments, including Home, cooperatives and higher education were passed.
