Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K Palaniswami today greeted Prime minister Narendra Modi on NDA nominee Ramnath Kovind's win in the presidential polls.
Palaniswami spoke to Modi and extended his greetings, an official release here said.
Both the Amma and Puratchi Thalaivi Amma factions of the ruling AIADMK, led by Palaniswami and Panneerselvam, respectively, had supported Kovind in the July 17 poll held to elect the president.
