TN Governor condoles death of Andhra MLA

: Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah today condoled the death of Andhra Pradesh MLA Shobha Nagi Reddy, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a road accident.

In his condolence message to the victim's husband, Bhuma Nagi Reddy, Rosaiah said he was 'deeply shocked and grieved to hear about the sudden demise' of his wife.

"Born in a political family she was known for her simplicity and had served for the cause of the upliftment of the people. Her death is an irreparable loss to the entire family members," he was quoted saying in a Raj Bhavan statement.

He prayed to God to rest her soul in peace.
 

Reddy, YSR Congress party candidate who was seeking re-election from Allagadda constituency in Andhra Pradesh in the Coming Assembly polls, succumbed to injuries today sustained in a road accident in Kurnool district last night.
