: Tamil Nadu Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao, Chief Minister K Palaniswami and various political leaders today extended their greetings on the eve of International Women's day.
"Globalisation and technological revolution has brought significant opportunities to women across the globe. Let us pledge to bridge the gender disparity, shed inequality, show respect to women, promote empowerment of women and girls to tap their full potential in changing work space," Rao said in a Raj Bhavan release.
"On the occasion of International Women's day, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to women and girls in India and across the world," he said.
