TN Guv invited for AP's new capital city foundation

Andhra Pradesh Government today invited Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah for the foundation laying ceremony for its new capital city Amaravati.

TDP leader and Union Minister of State for Science and Technology and Earth Sciences Y S Chowdary called on Rosaiah, a former Andhra Pradesh chief minister, and invited him for the ceremony.

Chowdary extended the invitation to Rosaiah on behalf of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, a Raj Bhavan release said.

Rosaiah hailing from Andhra Pradesh had served the State as it's Chief Minister besides being a minister in the past. He assumed office as Governor of Tamil Nadu in August 2011.
