In their respective semifinals, Tamil Nadu beat Kerala 25-15 25-16 25-16, while Railways disposed off Rajasthan 25-19 25-20 25-21 in men's section.
In the distaff side semifinals, Railways eliminated Tamil Nadu 25-17 25-20 25-20, while Kerala defeated Bengal 25-17 25-14 25-15.
