A three-year-old boy drowned when
he slipped into a ground-level water tank near his house on the outskirts of the city, police said today.
Hakeem's mother last evening had left him alone and went to take bath. She later found him missing, they said.
The body was found floating in the 8-feet deep open sump this morning, police added.
