A one-year-old toddler was crushed to death by a speeding dumper while she was playing outside her house in Surya Vihar area.
The baby was rushed to a private hospital, where she was declared 'brought dead', police said.
The vehicle, which was abandoned by the driver, has been seized and efforts are on to nab the absconding driver, they said.
