A man, stated to be mentally disturbed, hacked his two little children at Dhanupuja locality in Pakur town today, the police said here.
The person picked up an axe and hacked to death his 18-month-old son and three-year-old daughter in the morning, an FIR lodged by his wife alleged, the police sources said.
The accused was arrested immediately.
