A toll booth supervisor was allegedly threatened with a firearm by a man, who refused to pay the toll tax in Ajmer, police said today.

The incident took place on Monday evening on Sarwar road when Dhan Singh along with his driver and a former employee of the toll booth was crossing the toll booth in his SUV, they said.

He pointed a weapon towards the supervisor Ankit Meena when he asked him to pay the toll and also forced him to stand in a particular position, they added.

An FIR has been registered against Singh in this connection and CCTV footage of the incident is also being examined, police said, adding that a search is on to nab the accused.
