The 50-year-old actor has moved on from ex-wife Katie Holmes and was grinding on the dance floor of swanky Mulberry St club, Le Baron, two days after she slipped her card to him after he dined in the eatery where she works, reported Ace Showbiz.
"I don't know what to say. What would you say if your cousin was dating Tom Cruise? She's nice, outgoing and a people person," a source said.
After the hookup rumour made headlines, Cynthia was asked by her bosses at the lower East Side restaurant Beauty and Essex to stay at home.
"She's a sweetheart. She's not working tonight. They called her off work because of (the media scrutiny)," a worker said.
