The McFly frontman, who spent his Sunday morning donating blood, has uploaded a picture of his bandaged arm on Twitter to encourage his followers to do the same, reported Contactmusic.
"Just gave blood. Low supplies at this time of year. Go do it if you can and save a life," he wrote.
