A representative for the 30-year-old actress has confirmed the news, reported E! Online.
The duo were spotted at the HBO Luxury Lounge at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills.
The actress was previously married to 'The Vampire Diaries' star Paul Wesley for two years before splitting in 2013.
