"A state of art Tourist Reception Centre coming up at a cost of Rs 3.27 crore at Tangnar (in) Doodpathri tourist destination would be commissioned within five months," an official spokesman said.
This basic tourist infrastructure facility will give a major boost to tourist influx to Doodpathri, known for its virgin natural beauty, the spokesman said.
He said the construction work on budget accommodation comprising 20 rooms at Doodpathri is "also going on in full swing" at a cost of Rs 3.64 crore and it is expected to be completed in June 2013.
He said the construction of seven huts has been completed and are ready for use. PTI AZH MIJ RAK
