A self-styled Area
Commander of Maoist outfit Trutiya Prastuti Committee (TPC) was today arrested from Baghatwa village under Ranka police station in Garwah district, police said.
The police arrested him during a raid in the village and seized a country-made rifle and five cartridges from his possession.
Over 16 cases are pending against him in various police stations of the district, police said.
