A bench of Acting Chief Justice A K Sikri and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw asked the discom, formerly known as North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL), to file a short synopsis in addition to its petition.

"The petition is very bulky. You (TPDDL) file a short synopsis in addition to your petition. Put up for hearing on April 24," the bench said.

TPDDL, a joint venture between Tata Power company and the Government of Delhi, has challenged the Delhi Electricity Regulation Commission's "regulation" for fixing the power tariff in the national Capital for year 2012 to 2017.
