Heavy vehicles will not ply on the Delhi-Dehradun route from July 10 to July 17, a senior police official said.
The diversion has been finalised for the Delhi-Dehradun and Delhi-Haridwar routes, he added.
No DJ music will be played during the religious trip, he said adding, the "kanwars" will not be permitted to carry 'trishul'.
Meanwhile, SSP Meerut, Satyanarayan said on the last three days of the yatra starting from July 15, the movement of vehicles on main routes of the city would be restricted.
