The Kisan Express rammed into the truck near village Asaunda on the Delhi-Rohtak track in Bahadurgarh sub-division, disrupting rail traffic, police said.
The train was travelling from Delhi to Punjab, they said.
The dead were Ashish, hailing from Rohtak who was travelling in the Kisan Express, and the truck driver who could not be identified immediately, police said.
The injured, including Delhi resident Himanshu, were admitted to a hospital.
