A 21-year-old trainee lab technician was allegedly raped over a span of one month by a doctor and staff of a prominent government hospital in south Delhi on the pretext of proving her a job in the hospital, police said today.

The victim told police that while she was receiving professional training at Charak Palika Hospital, she was lured on the pretext of providing a job by dark room assistants Krishan Pal (53) and Surender (50), said a senior police officer.

They allegedly sexually assaulted her in the last week of October and later they coerced her into a "non-consensual relationship" with Dr Afzal Ali Khan (40) and Surender (50), who works as a gardener at the hospital.

Khan and Surender assaulted her last month, said the officer.

The accused also forced her into giving Rs 25,000 in order to secure employment, she alleged in her complaint.

After being harassed for over a month, the victim approached the police following which a rape case was registered, police said.

Krishan Pal and Khan have been arrested while Surender and Dharam Singh are absconding, said the officer.

Raids are being conducted at their probable hideouts and they shall be arrested soon, he added.
