Southern Railway today said that some trains running in the Palakkad division would be regulated from today till November 1 in view of engineering work in various sections.
Consequently, the Mangaluru central-Nagercoil junction Parasuram Express would be regulated by 120 minutes and the Lokmanya Tilak-Thiruvananthapuram central Nethravati express by 60 minutes due to work between Pallipuram and Shoranur junction, a Railway press release said.
The Kozhikode-Thiruvananthapuram Jan Shatabdi Express would be regulated by 75 minutes, the Coimbatore junction- Mangaluru central inter-city express by 60 minutes and the Ernakulam junction-Hazrat Nizamuddin Mangala Lakshadweep Express by 70 minutesdue to work between Feroke and Kadalundi.
Owing to work between Ullal and Nethravati, the Nagercoil-Mangaluru central Ernad express would be regulated by 60 minutes, the release said.
