NCP president Sharad Pawar today asked the party's student wing to consider the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections as "a workshop" to lay the foundation of future leadership.
Addressing office-bearers of Maharashtra unit of the student wing, Pawar said the Lok Sabha election results belied the party's expectations, "but there is a difference between the state and general elections and the situation which prevailed two months ago has changed."
Pawar said office-bearers of student wing should communicate with the people about the prevailing political situation.
