TREDA to hold property show in Hyd on Oct 17

Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) will hold '5th TREDA Property Show 2014' here beginning on Friday, with an aim to bring together prospective buyers and real estate developers in the newly-carved out state.

The three-day event will also have a conference 'Resurgent Hyderabad Tomorrow Beckons' on the opening day, TREDA president P Dasharath Reddy told reporters today.

"The aim of the property show has been to bring together real estate developers and prospective buyers from across the state for better access and mutual benefit," he said.

"Formation of the new Telangana state has also helped to put an end to lot of ambiguities related to the real estate sector. With the initiatives taken by the new government, we are looking at a brighter and faster growth of the sector," Reddy said.
 

The TREDA Property Show will be open to a mix of populace, including prospective property purchasers, business leaders, investors, architects, designers, consultants, developers, government officials, managers, policy makers, educationists, academicians, students, expats, among others.

With 180 stalls, leading real estate developers, builders, housing finance companies, material manufacturers, interior designers, suppliers, banks, will display their latest properties and services offered to prospective buyers, Reddy said.
