The Buch committee was formed after the release of abducted Sukma Collector Alex Paul Menon by the Maoists last week.
The committee had recommended grant of bail to Raja Dhruva (22), who had been arrested under the Excise Act.
One of the conditions set by the Maoists for the release of Menon was that false cases against tribal people should be reviewed.
