Andhra Pradesh Congress leaders today paid rich tributes to former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her 97th birth anniversary.
Party leader D Rajasekhar, a former Minister, and ex- MLA Malladi Vishnu, among others, garlanded a statue of the late leader here and paid floral tributes to her.
Speaking on the occasion, the Congress leaders said the services she rendered to the nation will always remain valuable and remembered by the people.

The Congress leaders were also critical of the Naidu Government's decision to change the name of state-sponsored health insurance scheme, which was named after former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, and rechristen it as NTR Aarogyaseva.
