Pharma firm Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals' board has approved diversification of its business activities.
The board has considered diversification of business activities of the company such as foods and food products, information technology and software consultancy, real estate, construction and warehousing, among others, Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals said in a BSE filing.
The board has also considered change of the company's name to Trimurthi Ltd or such other name in order to make it in consonance with objects of the company, it added.
Shares of Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals today closed 1.92 per cent up at Rs 7.42 per scrip on BSE.
