The TRS today said it would go ahead with moving the no-confidence motion against the Congress Government in Andhra Pradesh though the main opposition TDP refused to support it.

"TRS has the support of CPI (four), BJP (three) CPI-M (one) Lok Satta (1) and two Independents to muster the required minimum support of 30 MLAs to move the no-confidence motion," its President K Chandrasekhara Rao told reporters here.

TRS has 17 MLAs in a house of 294 and it requires at least 30 MLAs to introduce the no-confidence motion.

Alleging that TRS is not sincere in its opposition against Congress, TDP had earlier refused the sub-regional parties' proposal to table the no-confidence motion.

"We know when to move the no-confidence motion. TRS need not be trusted. We moved the no-confidence motion against Congress earlier," senior TDP MLA M Narasimhulu said.

The budget session of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly began today and the TRS is likely to submit the proposal tomorrow.
