Republican frontrunner Donald Trump has won the fifth presidential debate in Las Vegas that focused exclusively on foreign policy and national security, a new poll said today.
69-year-old Trump, the New York-based real estate tycoon who was occupying the centre stage during the debate, has the support of 35% of the registered Republican voters while Texas Senator Ted Cruz was the runner up with 25%, according to the poll conducted by One American News Network.
While Marco Rubio came third with 14% of the votes, his fellow Floridan received just 3% of the votes, the poll results said.

According to the poll, 9% thought Chris Christie, while Ben Carson and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina were tied for fifth place with 5% each.
The debate marked the first time the White House hopefuls shared a stage since terror attacks in Paris and San Bernardino. It lasted more than two hours where presidential aspirants focused exclusively on foreign policy and national security.
