Kitchen appliances maker TTK Prestige today said its board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 15 per share.
"The Board of Directors of the company at a meeting held on April 24, 2017 have declared interim dividend of Rs 15 per share," TTK Prestige said in a BSE filing.
TTK Prestige said the interim dividend will be paid to shareholders on May 10, 2017 whose names appear on the register of the company as on May 3, 2017, the record date.
Shares of TTK Prestige were trading 0.68 per cent lower at Rs 6,510.20 on BSE.
