Singer Tulisa Contostavlos is reportedly planning to move to the US.

The 'Young' singer, who was arrested and bailed over her suspected involvement in setting up a drug deal, is pending further enquiries, reported Contactmusic.

"Tulisa says as soon as all this drama is over, she wants to move to Miami to start a new life. She loves it there and has friends there who say they will help her out. With her career hanging in the balance, she may need to leave her mansion, and it holds bitter memories for her now anyway," Tulisa said.

As Tulisa is on bail, she is not allowed to leave the country, but she is confident once she makes it to the US, she will be able to concentrate on her music career.

"She said she feels 'trapped' and 'suffocated' in England, she wants a new life in the US, where she hopes to establish herself as a solo artist," it added.

Tulisa is also making sure she is only surrounded by her closest family and friends she can trust, such as her N-Dubz bandmates Dappy and Fazer, who she rose to fame with.
