Barring a fall in turmeric prices on the back of ample stocks against sluggish demand, other spices held steady at the wholesale kirana market in the national capital today.
Marketmen said sluggish demand against adequate stocks position on higher supplies from producing belts kept pressure on the turmeric prices.
In the national capital, turmeric moved down by Rs 100 to Rs 10,000-14,500 per quintal.
