Two units of Tuticorin Thermal Power Station have suffered a breakdown, while another unit has been set right, said an official.
"The fifth and third units of the plants are not working now due to boiler tube puncture problem," Chief Engineer of the Thermal power plant M Thangaraj told PTI.
The snag in these two units has resulted in production shortfall of 420 mw, he said.
