Twenty cartons of smuggled foreign liquor were seized from the possession of two persons at Jewar Tappal road, police said today.
The incident took place last night and the two liquor smugglers have been arrested by the District excise department, they said.
The arrested were identified as Raes Ahmed and Satish, Kuldeep Yadav, District Excise Officer, said.
An FIR under Excise Act has been registered at Jewar police station in this connection, he said.
