At least 20 people were
injured, two of them seriously, when the bus in which they were travelling rammed into a wayside tree in Bihar's Jehanabad district today.
The mishap took place near Gandhar Math village when the driver of the bus, which was carrying scores of villagers to a funeral, lost control over the vehicle which then rammed into a tree, sub-divisional officer Nawal Kishore Chaudhary said.
The injured were rushed to the sadar hospital, where doctors referred two seriously wounded persons to Patna Medical College and Hospital.
